Championship Leyland Band will join other bands representing each of the competing sections to perform preview performances of the chosen test pieces for the upcoming North West Area Championships. The Championships will be held at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool on the 23rd February 2025.

This special event gives the opportunity to get to hear the chosen pieces in a concert rather than competitive setting before the Championships get underway.

Leyland join a host of other top North West bands competing to represent the Area at the final s of the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain in October.

A debut appearance at the Preston Playhouse for the famous Leyland Band as we present an unforgettable of brass brilliance.

The annual festival which is “Brass Attack” featuring players of all ages and abilities returns with Leyland Band once again rounding off the event with a brilliant set.

Leyland Band are proud to be included in the line up of the worlds top brass bands competing for the title of British Open Champions at the Symphony Hall, Birmingham.
