Leyland’s Festive Treats

It’s that time of the year, “the most wonderful time”, when Leyland Band go all festive with 4 fantastic December concerts.

December 8th sees the band return to the Douglas Music Concert Series with a concert in Parbold which features a first half dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the end of World War 1, and a second half which is full on Christmas. This concert is sold out.

The day after (9th December), Leyland will be in Chorley for the now traditional Matinee Concert series finale, presenting Festive Brass music and fun to suit the season.

The band’s year usually ends with the home town Christmas concert, but in 2018 this will be our penultimate concert on Sunday December 16th.

The final appearance will be on 22nd December when we join up once again with our great friends, the Warrington Male Voice Choir in the fabulous Parr Hall. Tickets for this concert are selling fast, so please book now before they are all gone.
