Lancashire Youth Brass Band are our guests for the second concert of the 2018 Matinee Series, and wonderfully upbeat program to celebrate the arrival of spring.

East Anglia Brass Band Association Gala Concert – “Brass to the Fore” @ Norwich
May 8 @ 3:00 pm – 5:15 pm

The finale of the EABBA spring festival is provided by Leyland Band who will perform the Gala Concert, and later in the year the band’s tutors will return to Norwich to lead the EABBA Brass Training Day.

“Brass to the Fore” will feature a programme packed with the band’s soloists in a programme forged in the band’s unique style:-

Assignment March, WIlliam Tell Overture, Bumble Bee Fantasy, Out of Africa, Safe in the Promised Land, Demelza, Prismatic Light

Unter Kaisers Fahnen, Domen, Artistry in Bolero, Shout!, Theme from Dragnet, Carnival for Bass, Benedictus, Finale from the New World Symphony
