Pete Shaw and the Leyland Band will be parting ways, concluding his 18 month stay with the band.

Formerly with North-West rivals Faireys and the BT Band, Pete joined Leyland in time for their appearance at the 2014 Brass in Concert competition, taking over as principal cornet shortly after.

Due to travel and work commitments, both Pete and the Leyland Band have decided to part ways.  News on Pete’s replacement as Leyland’s Principal Cornet will be announced in due course.
