The romance of France is the inspiration for the first concert in Leyland’s 2018 Matinee Concert Series – “Romance In Brass”.
After a fantastic trip to Wales and a standing ovation at the Aberystwyth Brass Extravaganza, the band returns to Chorley for the first in the 2018 Matinee Concert Series.
The French Connection
Leyland Band are delighted to welcome back to Chorley, the University of Central Lancashire Chamber Choir under the direction of Mark Goggins, after their wonderful debut in 2017. The choir undertake annual concert tour in the south of France, and that gave us the idea to look across the channel for the band’s program:-
